Christ or Caesar?

1. What was Jesus getting at when He says, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and to God what is God's (Mark 12:17)? Is He separating our human civic obligations from the obligations owed to God?

2. What does it mean for us as Christians to hold to an earthly and at the same time a heavenly citizenship?
