Blessed are the meek

Meekness is not a natural quality, but a disposition that begins with a right view of oneself in the sight of God and translates into attitude and conduct towards others. ​ It involves having power under control, surrendering our rights and privileges to Christ, and trusting in God's vindication. ​ Meek people are blessed and will inherit the earth.
